Friday at Waterloo Village

Kick off our Carle‑Henry reunion with a step back in time at Waterloo Village, the beautifully restored 19th‑century canal town tucked inside Allamuchy Mountain State Park. From 11:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m. The entire village green is ours: cornhole boards, giant Jenga, and other lawn‑game classics will be set up so family members of every age can dive straight into friendly rivalry. Feel free to meander the shady walking trails that trace the Musconetcong River. The site offers both indoor exhibits and wide‑open lawns, all with convenient, fully accessible restrooms nearby.

Around 1:00 p.m. we’ll gather under the pavilion for a catered farm to table lunch. Attendants will keep the buffet stocked and tidy so we can focus on swapping stories. After lunch, we will take a tour of the historical site or you can continue to test your lawn game skills, snap family photos against the beautiful backdrops, or simply relax.
